Revamp an existing family home with a view to enjoying it prior to resale.

What We Did

My clients were at a stage in their lives where they were thinking of moving on from their family home. They knew it was still a few years away while recognizing that their home needed a revamp ahead of resale. Instead of letting someone else enjoy their hard work, they decided to restore and enjoy it themselves — very clever.

Having looked at the property, we compiled a To-Do list of the most appropriate upgrades. We worked on several spaces throughout the home, added new light fixtures, wallpaper to the en suite, and sourced custom-made furniture for their living space. All of which could be moved with them when they eventually decided to sell.

The result was a beautiful property they could enjoy now, with an eye to getting a maximum return for in the future.
