What We Did

My clients purchased this home with the goal of keeping it as a rental property, so we focused on a renovation that would appeal to both future tenants and potential buyers. The makeover included a fresh colour scheme, a full internal repaint, new carpeting, and updated light fittings.

We removed an old fireplace to open up the living area, making space for a new, functional kitchen designed for durability. Knowing the home would be ideal for a family with children, we ensured the kitchen could handle everyday wear while maintaining a modern aesthetic.

The master ensuite was also revamped with a separation wall to create distinct areas for the toilet and vanity. New flooring, a sleek vanity, and a stylish mirror added a touch of luxury.

Now, the home is a chic, family-friendly space, upgraded to high standards and ready for future tenants or owners to enjoy.
