THE BRIEF

Revamp a family home to enjoy now whilst planning to renovate a dream home in the future.

WHAT WE DID

My clients brought this home with the intention of keeping it as a rental property, so we renovated the space with a potential resale or tenants in mind. The makeover included a new colour scheme with a full internal repaint, new carpet and light fittings.

We took out an old fireplace and created a larger living room to allow for a new kitchen. We built the kitchen with functionality and durability in mind, knowing that it had to cater to a family with four children as well as future tenants. The master bedrooms ensuite needed some love. We added a separation wall to create a divide between the toilet and vanity. New flooring, vanity, and a mirror were also installed, giving the parents a little slice of luxury.

The house is now a stylish family home. It’s been updated to high standards for future owners or tenants to enjoy.
