THE BRIEF

Prep for sale by refreshing it to maximize the potential for future buyers.

WHAT WE DID

Whilst working on this project, I’d also been briefed on their new home. The goal was to ensure that any new items purchased for the property they were selling could be moved with them to enhance their new home, thus saving money on the hire costs for staging.

With this in mind, we sourced new furniture for the bedrooms and outdoors and soft furnishings. We purchased new lighting for the interior/exteriors and supplied a colour scheme for the inside/outside of the house. This included a stunning yellow front door, which welcomed guests in with a healthy dose of happiness.

An overview of all spaces was taken. We provided a detailed to-do list for the client of what to keep and what to store. We then assisted in the complete styling of the home before photography to ensure that everything was perfect ahead of the promotional photos.
